UID, domain ID, UniProt, PDB, ligand code (ZN), Pfam (PF00077), clan (CL0054), EPP, cluster ID, or keyword

Search Tips

  • 123456789Search by UID (6-9 digit number)
  • e1abcA1Search by ECOD domain ID
  • P12345Search by UniProt accession
  • 1abcSearch by PDB ID (shows all domains from that structure)
  • 1.2.3Search by cluster ID (shows domains in that classification)
  • PF00077Search by Pfam accession (shows all ECOD families mapped to that Pfam)
  • CL0129Search by Pfam clan (shows all ECOD families across the clan)
  • kinaseSearch by keyword (searches cluster names and protein annotations)
