It contains an N-terminal LbH domain responsible for the transacetylation function and a C-terminal isomerase domain. The LbH domain contains imperfect tandem repeats of a hexapeptide repeat motif (X-[STAV]-X-[LIV]-[GAED]-X), typical of enzymes with acyltransferase activity.
