Similar to ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase, it contains an N-terminal catalytic domain that resembles a dinucleotide-binding Rossmann fold and a C-terminal LbH fold domain, presumably with 4 turns, each containing three imperfect tandem repeats of a hexapeptide repeat motif (X-[STAV]-X-[LIV]-[GAED]-X). Proteins containing hexapeptide repeats are often enzymes showing acyltransferase activity.
