This directory contains three data files.

1. daliz.scores.scgin.bz2 contains DaliLite Z scores between selected SCOP domains.
Because the raw text file is too big, the text rank file prepared for scg.py
is compressed using BZIP2 program.

2. scop175.4class.des contains SCOP descriptions the numeric ID in the above rank file.

3. scop175.mc_ref.sf is the definition file for related pairs in caculating MC score.
The relationship defined to be true, is SCOP superfamilies.
