In the website, we present our results for 3.4 million candidate protein-protein interactions (PPIs) we evaluated in the final stage of our PPI screening pipeline. Please note that only a small fraction (5-10%) of these candidate PPIs are likely true. For the most confident 29,257 predictions presented in our paper, please check Final Predictions.

By entering text, we will search for proteins relevant to the input and please select an entry from the drop-down menu; otherwise, an error may occur. To directly check for pairwise interactions, you can type UniProt AC1_UniProt AC2, for example, P00533_P01133, O00170_P05067.
