Please enter a list of human proteins or pairs of human proteins (up to 100) using UniProt accession numbers. One protein/complex per line.

The format can be AC1_AC2;1:3, where 1 and 3 represent the copy numbers for AC1 and AC2, respectively. By default, AC1_AC2 assumes a copy number of 1 for both proteins. You can also input a single UniProt AC, such as O00170. The sequence files (.fas) can be directly used with ColabFold when selecting "custom" for "msa_mode".
