Prediction of Structurally Conserved Regions without Homologous Structures

Upload a protein structure (PDB format) or a protein sequence (FASTA format) to predict the location of structurally conserved regions. The program uses features generated from the uploaded file and then a neural network to predict structural conservation. Using a PDB format allows the options of using structural, sequence, or both sets of features while using the FASTA format only allows the option of using sequence information.
