N-domain: 7-stranded β/α barrel fold. This superfamily is homologous to metallo-dependent hydrolases from 8-stranded β/α barrel fold. Unusual PHP domain, as it has an antiparallel β-strand inserted in the barrel sheet, similar to that found in enolase.
C-domain: Immunoglobulin fold.
