Two domains. Residue ranges: 2-100 and 112-214. PDB range matches target sequence range. Not a very good quality structure with three disordered loops. Domain break is placed in one of those disordered loop of 11 residues long. The first α-helix of the C-domain (just after the chain-break) forms tight interactions with the N-domain, completing the 5-helical bundle. This α-helix carries one of Mg ligands (D122). Since the target has very similar templates in PDB (60% identity) without apparent movement between domains, domain split may not be necessary for evaluation.

To compute the weighted sum, GDT-TS for each domain was multiplied by the domain length, and this sum was divided by the sum of domain lengths. Each point represents first server model. HD-hydrolase. N-domain is a 5-helical bundle, with the 3rd α-helix surrounded by other four α-helices, first three α-helices form left-handed bundle and last three α-helices form right handed bundle. C-domain is a right-handed 3-helical bundle. Active site is housed between the domains and contains a metal-binding site formed by two His and two Asp residues, hence the name.

Full chain: Comparative modeling: easy. Closest template detectable by BLAST, but contains some structural differences, mostly in the loops. Due to poor structure quality and some amount of disorder, it is unclear however, how precise these loop conformations are.
