Structure classification:

Adenine nucleotide alpha hydrolase fold with a C-terminal "cap" domain of loosely defined packing and topology. This C-domain houses a couple of active site residues near its very C-terminus. This domain is present in most homologs, but is much shorter and lacks the "belt ring" of two α-helices and a long loop between them (residues 236-284). Only 1zun sequence has a longer version, but it appears disordered in crystals.
