This is a homologue of T0523. PAS fold, PYP-like sensor domain (PAS domain). alpha-beta(2)-alpha(2)-beta(3),antiparalle sheet, sheet order: 34512. It contains a extra C-terminal Helix comparing with T0523, and the placement of first N-terminal helix and last C-terminal helix are relative hard to predict.
