Two domain proteins. C-terminal (around 123) is a eptidoglycan hydrolase LytM,Duplicated hybrid motif, alf-barrel sheet of 8 strands sandwiched with two 3-stranded sheets. SCOP mentions that contains this family contains extra N-terminal, non-conserved beta-sheet subdomain. It might be the target structure also likes that.
