Two-domain protein. The N-terminal domain (around 2-190) is a DBL homology domain (DH-domain), which is a mutihelical bundle with five helices, up-and-twon topology; The C-terminal domain is a Pleckstrin-homology domain (PH domain) barrel with 6 strands capped by a helix.
