Two-domain protein. The N-terminal (around 7-194) is a Periplasmic binding protein-like II domain. This protein consists of two similar intertwined domain. Core of each domain, 3 layer (a/b/a), beta-sheet of 5 strands order 21354; strand 5 is antiparallel to the rest. Please note that this domain has topology similarity to the target T0528. The C-terminal domain (around 202-281) is a ACT-like fold (ferredoxin-like fold). The rest of this protein is helices, and may interact with the N-terminal domain.
