It looks this protein contains at least five domains. The first domain (around 56-137?) consists of duplication of Somatomedin B, disulfide-rich; the second domain (around 162-361,482-516): Phosphonoacetate hydrolase, core:3 layers: a/b/a; mixed beta-sheet of 8 strands, order 43516728, strand 7 is antiparallel to the rest; the third domain: (around 362-481) is a inserted domain, two layer,aplha/beta, alpha-beta-beta-alpha-beta-alaph-beta, sheet oder: 1243, 4 strand is antiparrel to the rest, could be viewed as permutation of ferredoxin-like fold; the fourth domain (aroudn 517-618) may be a small all alpha domain; the last C-terminal domain (around 619-878): DNA/RNA non-specific endonuclease core motif (alpha)-beta-omega_loop-beta-alpha inserted in a six-stranded meander beta-sheet.
