I think this is a hard target to predict. Multidomain protein. The N-terminal part (around 1-380) does not have good template avaiable. The C-terminal domain is a Ribonuclease H-like fold. 3 layers: a/b/a; mixed beta-sheet of 5 strands, order 32145; strand 2 is antiparallel to the rest.
